BENEFITS OF FRUIT INFUSED WATER

Fruit infused water is a great alternative to water by itself , as it tastes amazing and it is made with healthy fruits . Infusing fruit can help you lose weight, detoxify your body, give you energy, and even make your skin look softer and younger.

WHY I INFUSE MY WATER

I usually drink 70 ounces of water per day. The recommended goal is to drink ½ of my body weight in ounces. I don’t always use fruit to infuse my water, but when I do, I feel amazing.

I have to admit that I get bored with water as it’s flavorless, and I love fruit, so it’s a win-win to add in my favorite fruits.

WHAT I INFUSE IN MY WATER

  • Cucumbers and Mint Leaves
  • Blueberry, Raspberry and Lemon
  • Pineapple and Mint Leaves
  • Watermelon cubes and Basil Leaves
  • Strawberries
  • Lime, ginger and basil
  • Lemon and Thyme

HOW I INFUSE MY WATER

If I can, I infuse my water 1-2 hours at room temperature or in the fridge for 3-4 hours to achieve potent flavor and water color. A Mason jar can be used or I use an amazing fruit infuser water bottle. I have found since it’s 32 ounces and it keeps my fruit stationary,

I get half the amount of water I need for my daily goal and I can even travel with the bottle. This is the first infuser bottle I bought and I love it
