Why a Sauna?

Choosing a sauna can be a daunting task. They are an investment, and you want to make sure that you make the right decision. Through my health journey, I determined that there isn’t a price tag for my health. I wanted to heal and I wanted to do it correctly and safely.

Let me walk you through the best way to determine which sauna is right for you.

I take detoxing very seriously after all that I have been through. The amount of chemicals and toxins we are exposed to in a 30-day period is more than our grandparents were exposed to in their lifetime. Yikes!

Our bodies need EXTRA elimination and support, from the toxic air we breathe, to the water we drink , foods we eat, our cleaning supplies, beauty & skincare products, clothing, furniture, etc…

My Research

When looking to invest in a sauna, there are so many key important points. When I first started this journey, I had no idea what far infrared versus full spectrum meant. I had no idea about 3rd party testing for emfs and I had no idea about volatile organic compounds.

After calling many different sauna companies, and keeping a binder with my collected data, I was amazed at how uneducated the affiliates were. I was baffled by all of the false advertising and quite frankly “lies” just to sell a product.

I felt overwhelmed, stressed, sick and I was afraid to spend so much money. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy a portable sauna or even a sauna from Costco. After so much research, I realized the most important quality for me was to have a “safe haven to heal “
